„End of analog record era and transferring to full digital record“ so it is possible to define present status in that area. There are a few companies on the market, which offer analog recorders yet, in the price relation of 20 - 60 €. These recorders are mostly from Olympus, Sony companies, which are suitable for this purpose. But they have very short recording time against digital recorders. Recording time ca. 100-120 min is only for short-time recordings in these days. It is possible to use them for telecommunication networks with low frequency of calling. Our company considers the analog record to be surpassed, and we do not use it. Present digital recorders of audio signal make it possible to record tens up to hundreds of hours. The price relations are from 50 to 300 € according to complementary functions and memory capacity. Most of producers offer them on their web sites all over the world. By their high capacity of recording, low power consumption and easy control these recorders are ideal as recording devices for long-term and short-term listening of areas under interest. Easy and fast downloading of data to PC prepares the recorders for new using.
