Goods can be claimed to operator according to conditions of claim at the address
info@spionproduct.comDuring collection of goods a purchaser is obliged without any delay to check the goods and inform a seller immediately about any found defects.
Purchaser must do the announcement about found defects in a written form at
info@spionproduct.com. He describes the nature of defects and how they appear.
Together with claim it is necessary to enclose the copy of invoice and document about delivery and payment of goods, defects of which are claimed.
The seller is bound to inform the client no later than within 5 days since receivig the claim about the way of its settlement.
Further it is necessary, that in case purchaser sends faulty goods to a seller in order to make a claim, he has to send them complete as taken over from seller, thus in original package or the package of appropriate quality and including all parts of delivery. Carrier does not guarantee for badly packed consignment. Manufacturer usually does not admit guarantee in case, if goods are damaged during transport even when defect is shown before transport. Claims of defects caused by movement of goods in inadequate package will not be taken into consideration.
Seller does not undertake responsibility for defects resulted from product operation, functional properties and defects caused by unauthorized use of products, as well as defects caused by external incidents and faulty manipulation. For defects of such nature will not be given a guarantee. Guarantee period starts running from the day of takeover of goods by purchaser.
In any case do not send us claimed goods cash on delivery. Returned goods in such a way will not be accepted and you extend the time of its settlement.
